WisdomX Orbis is priced as an annual SaaS subscription. For most organisations, the platform identifies savings that significantly exceed its cost within the first quarter of use.
How Pricing Works
Pricing is based on the scale of your estate and the modules you activate. There are no per-seat charges. You pay for the capability, not the headcount.
All plans include unlimited connectors, full estate discovery, risk scoring, the decision and approval workflow, the System Dependency Map, and standard support.

Not ready for a full subscription? A Diagnostic Engagement is the fastest way to understand the size of your decommissioning opportunity.
In a standard 4-week Diagnostic Engagement, the WisdomX team connects Orbis to your primary data sources, generates your first estate map and candidate list, and produces a business case quantifying the financial and risk opportunity.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can I try the platform before committing? Yes. A Diagnostic Engagement gives you a fully working deployment against your real estate for 4 weeks. Most organisations find the evidence generated is sufficient to build a compelling internal business case.
Is there a minimum contract length? All subscriptions are annual. Multi-year agreements are available with pricing incentives.
What happens to my data if I cancel? Your data remains accessible for 90 days after subscription end for export. After 90 days, data is deleted in line with our data retention policy.
Can I add modules mid-contract? Yes. Additional modules are pro-rated to your renewal date.
Is the Snapshot integration included in all plans? Yes. Snapshot is available to all plan tiers as part of the standard decommissioning workflow.
